The Saturn and Eris cycle discussed in "live updated mode" ... the original conjunction was in 1997 and is briefly discussed further below - we're no entering the "balsamic" phase of this cycle on the way to their next conjunction in November 2027 and so on... Note that we're closer to the "new" than the "old" - it's in linear thinking important.

Allowing the integration of the "revelations" we perceive, may they now be on a community or personal level seems to me crucial to be able to "restructure"/alter something.
It may alter how we perceive things, or what we consider to be valuable enough to devote ourselves to etc. and it holds lots of "revelations / insights" if one gives oneself the "time" or "calm" such to be "noticed".
Allowing can also mean a "flow" - rivers flow naturally, creating life, even though there are stones and falls along the way. If we try to avoid those, straighten rivers for example, they lose their fertility and nourishment over time.
When looking at planetary cycles, we can see flow in endless spirals. We tend to look at things only in the way of "face level" and so we see a "circle" and in this sense a "snake biting its tail", yet, when looking from the "side" or over a longer time period we can see the "spiraling" aspect.

A spiral, when "zooming out" or looking at it from very far, may appear like a straight line - therefore, with "distance" we may forget about the "stones and falls" we took to "learn or birth" something. A natural process...
The Players...
Saturn is about authority, structures, order and law but not only material structures (like our skeleton/body or buildings) but also about societal structures, political structures and structures of our inner life and maybe also the concept of time… other key words are commitment, responsibility and to mature… He reminds us, that we build our structures ourselves and need to take on the responsibility in order to live our sovereignty….
Eris is a feminine warrior archetype and brings “disruptive” energies, that shall shed light onto the “reality” of a situation and therefore to see the own truth. It’s not easy to see and accept the own shadow sides, false beliefs, false teachings – she’s very revealing in this sense because under all these layers of “shadows from the past”, we may find surprising beauty and gifts.
Working with Eris requires honesty with self - on all levels and polarities.... As all the planetary bodies beyond Neptune, also Eris talks about natural universal laws.

Saturn has become famous about being "limiting" or "limits", boundaries, borders in general and Eris to be about strife and discord (often described as evil - whatever that may be associated with in whatever epoch)...
I mention this, because they have "bad reputations" - it's for sure, that they at times feel pretty challenging and uncomfortable, yet, always with reason/cause.... they have both a lot to offer....

I think a big theme was "recognition" of the "inheritance" - the "what IS" also how systems work on the "essence" level but also what we have created / manifested.
May that now be globally in political systems, economy, big business, ecological and so on, also what we have inherited in terms of "karma and dharma", genetics etc. and how all these work - you see, if we know the "system" at work, then we can "use it consciously"....
Yet - it all means that we have to become our own "authority", take responsibility and know "where" we are at, with all the resulting "consequences"....
Yet - with Eris we're talking "higher consciousness", we're talking "reality" in its presence and deeper meaning and that means this cycle isn't about what we see "at face value" - way passed Neptune - we're talking real "transcendence", no lies, no veils, no hesitation etc....

Saturn and Neptune, as well as Eris circled red (Chiron in close approach).

Lots of aspects in the chart – the ones relevant to Saturn and Eris are the connections to Vesta and to a lesser degree Juno (the Two will have a rare conjunction later this month). Saturn is in a last sextile to Uranus and therefore, Uranus in a first 30° from Eris… It's interesting that Eris (and Chiron) hold this “middle part” of these cuspal energies…
The Earth-Sun axis is also linked to Saturn and Eris (with a “square” feel to Saturn and a “trinish” one to Eris from Earth squarish to 60° ish from the geocentric Sun).
The 45° angle end of February 2024 (see below), I described as a “visionary” one, a future oriented “dreaming”, visualizing type of energy.
It’s still ongoing, but becomes same time much more “graspable” and direct as we're now going to spend more time in the “new” than in the “old” and in this sense accept that “new”. "New" can mean a "realization or insight" about something - also about the very own system. May that now be something we would perceive as "limiting", an obstacle, or a talent or ability etc.
As Chiron plays a role in this too, I think, there's insight about "behavior patterns" that play into this whole energy of Saturn and Eris. It's a "recognition" that takes place here, and the gradual integration/acceptance of such "insights", leads to a change of action.
