The Saturn and Eris cycle discussed in "live updated mode" ... the original conjunction was in 1997 and is briefly discussed further below - we're no entering the "balsamic" phase of this cycle on the way to their next conjunction in November 2027 and so on...
The Players...
Saturn is about authority, structures, order and law but not only material structures (like our skeleton/body or buildings) but also about societal structures, political structures and structures of our inner life and maybe also the concept of time… other key words are commitment, responsibility and to mature… He reminds us, that we build our structures ourselves and need to take on the responsibility in order to live our sovereignty….
Eris is a feminine warrior archetype and brings “disruptive” energies, that shall shed light onto the “reality” of a situation and therefore to see the own truth. It’s not easy to see and accept the own shadow sides, false beliefs, false teachings – she’s very revealing in this sense because under all these layers of “shadows from the past”, we may find surprising beauty and gifts.
Working with Eris requires honesty with self - on all levels and polarities.... As all the planetary bodies beyond Neptune, also Eris talks about natural universal laws.

Saturn has become famous about being "limiting" or "limits", boundaries, borders in general and Eris to be about strife and discord (often described as evil - whatever that may be associated with in whatever epoch)...
I mention this, because they have "bad reputations" - it's for sure, that they at times feel pretty challenging and uncomfortable, yet, always with reason/cause.... they have both a lot to offer....
A short recap of their cycle / original conjunction:
I think a big theme was "recognition" of the "inheritance" - the "what IS" also how systems work on the "essence" level but also what we have created / manifested.
May that now be globally in political systems, economy, big business, ecological and so on, also what we have inherited in terms of "karma and dharma", genetics etc. and how all these work - you see, if we know the "system" at work, then we can "use it consciously"....
Yet - it all means that we have to become our own "authority", take responsibility and know "where" we are at, with all the resulting "consequences"....
Yet - with Eris we're talking "higher consciousness", we're talking "reality" in its presence and deeper meaning and that means this cycle isn't about what we see "at face value" - way passed Neptune - we're talking real "transcendence", no lies, no veils, no hesitation etc....

The Balsamic phase of their cycle
The "balsamic phase" is a "mystical" one... it's a seeding time, with access to all the information from "before" and gives glimpses into the future as in "wishes" and "visions of that future" (possibilities and probabilities) as well as "visualizations"....
The challenge here is to let go of the "old" and concentrate and commit to that "vision" even so we don't know yet of how it will really be, we live its principles already - bringing it to the now....
360 degrees divided by 45 degrees gives 8
We're talking the geometry of an Octagram in flat - yet the 8 relates to the multi-layered geometries of Octagons and much more...
The 8 also relates to time or to "continuation" in this sense and it includes protection through radiation/vibration etc. in a "self fulfilling" way though.... (means, we can try to create a more "evolved" structure and the octagram or octagon will suddenly appear within it without further intention - therefore the attraction and protection comes without focus onto it and the same is with time etc.)...
I find "sacred geometry" is really very "eye opening" (giggles, an Eris theme)....

The Chart with some details and interpretations
Saturn at 14°26’49” sid. Aquarius – Eris at 29°26’49” sid. Pisces
Saturn is conjoined by Mercury (as viewed from Earth they are conjoined by the Sun) and they are opposed by the Earth/Moon system in middle of Leo. Juno just a couple degrees further into Leo is about to conjoin Orcus…
Eris is by the same players in a 135° angle.
This translates to the red triangle: 45° + 180° + 135° = 360°
The blue triangle contains 60° + 120° + 180° = 360°
The same opposition as the red triangle with Saturn and Mercury – Earth/Moon system…
The 3rd point here is formed by Venus, Pholus and Quaoar in the middle of sidereal Sagittarius…

Pholus and Quaoar do bring mastery and harmonizing aspects - perceptual abilities as well as the harmony of the universal and natural laws at play all together as one...
Cause and effect is only one of those laws - yet, what a different interaction we can reach, when following a cause instead of an effect... if we want to change anything, we need another cause and not another effect...
Another truth in here is the fact, that what we commonly "see" is only a very tiny bit of what there actually IS...
Last month with Mars and now for this preparation for the next cycle / conjunction of Saturn and Eris together with Venus - beauty, love and values...
Can we actually perceive what we personally value, love and find beautiful and commit to that, communicate it, even if it goes against the narrative of the moment but in this sense remain true to ourselves...
Can we anchor ourselves within that and allow us to integrate the reflections of ourselves within all around us - can we perceive the beauty in this despite the uncomfortable consequences it may hold...

Mercury is a messenger – if we now talk, write or otherwise communicate with others or ourselves, there’s a flow of information… sometimes we feel distracted by thoughts and emotions – I think we’re reminded to notice those messages, yet, we also have the authority to say “not now” and come back to ourselves later… or, we may have an idea/thought of an outcome of whatever and even if it’s one as unlikely to happen, we may put us into that “vibration” – if those thoughts are now about something we actually would like to happen or not, is in totally our very own responsibility and therefore we can lead it into the preferred direction… YET, we still have to know where it came from first place – this can be a thought of a second and done…
This also helps us to create a “safe space” for our creative ideas…
Another possibility is to consciously play with the maybe “negative” fantasy and from time to time throw a laugh or giggle into it and ask – “wow, where did this idea come from, pretty wild” or something alike… not in a denying way but in an acknowledging way, not only of the underlying feeling but also about the actual creativity that is there…
Practicing this, leads to the disappearance of the destructiveness of “fears or worries” – yet, also theirs is an importance to create this inner relationship, the collaboration or teamwork within oneself – the feminine and masculine parts, the right and left side of the brain and so on…
Are there really limits??? On the physical realm, there are – yet, on other planes there aren’t and once we’re able to “imagine” that we can combine the realms and let them take their natural space and order, we’ll be living in a changed world…
As you can see in the chart – Jupiter is already very close to Uranus (I will write about this separately) and that brings these two events even “closer together” too…
Besides, there’s also a first 45° angle formed in this chart and it’s the one formed by Vesta and Sedna… we have so much feminine, creative power here in this whole chart… why not using it and start envisioning, fantasizing under inclusion of what we have seen over the last years, what has surfaced for everyone to see…
Are we still under the fears and shadows or can we actually move on and see the first flickers of the light at the end of the tunnel…
CREATIVITY – Earth is offering us the playground – she awaits our ideas and visions to become the leading force… so, know what you wish for and why….
